My Buddy Box


Welcome to My Buddy Box – our new monthly subscription box for dogs or cats! The My Buddy Box is perfect for your pup or kitty … it comes complete with toys and treats each month for your buddy to play with!

HAND SELECTED
Each box is hand selected and packed for your dog or cat. Each month we have several different toys and treats that we select for your specific buddy. Each box contains high quality treats as well as fun and durable toys customized for your buddy based on size, food allergies, chewing status and more!

When you sign up you will complete a BUDDY PROFILE that our packers will use to pack the perfect box for your buddy each month. The process is quick and easy, so you can spend more time petting your buddy! (A member of our team will email you to begin the Buddy Profile within 24 hours of your order.)

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Each box contains at least two toys and one container of treats for your buddy. We’ll also occasionally throw in some goodies too just for you! A subscription also includes a special treat in February for National Pet Dental Health Month.

IS IT EXPENSIVE?
Your box is just $30 per month!  You can cancel anytime!


FAQ
WHEN DO I GET MY BOX?
Your first box is shipped immediately when you place your order.  Additional boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month or every three months (depending on your subscription preference).
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
If you have a damaged item please email help@youpet-cha.com with a photo of the damage and we can begin a return or replacement for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
You should be able to cancel by logging into your PawPlus account - if you have any difficulties email us at help@youpet-cha.com
HOW AM I BILLED?
You are charged the monthly rate each month.  You will need to have a credit card on file in your PawPlus account in order to automatically pay.  Don't worry - you will get a reminder email on the first of each month.
WHAT IF MY PET HAS ALLERGIES?
When you complete your Buddy Profile you will be able to list any/all allergies or special health conditions.  We HIGHLY recommend that you read ALL ingredients on any treat containers before feeding them to your pet.  If there is any concern or if you question an ingredient - do NOT feed the treat to you pet and contact us at help@youpet-cha.com - we will refund or replace the treat immediately.  Your pet's happiness and health is our top priority.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS/DISCOUNTS?
There is a shipping cost added to your order.  It's typically a small fee.  You will see your shipping cost before you check out. You will also receive a DISCOUNT when you subscribe for multiple months!
